About Me
I am excited to be joining the St. Louise School community this year as music teacher and choir director. I have taught music in the classroom for 26 years. My previous schools include Assumption-St. Bridget in Seattle and St. Thomas in Medina. I hold a Master of Music degree from the University of Southern California and a Master of Teaching degree from Seattle Pacific University.
In addition to teaching, I enjoy working as a piano accompanist, choir director, and am also a published composer. I teach music through singing, movement response, music composition, playing instruments, and connecting music to history, culture and identity. I believe that every student has a unique story to tell through creative and artistic expression.
